А при попытке воити в админ панель:

Этот код какую функцию выполняет?

При установке Livestreet на хостинг (как новой, так и старой версии) не запускается инсталлятор (вообще ничего не происходит). Ну мы не гордые — можем и в ручном режиме попробовать. Всё делаем по инструкции и получаем вот такое сообщение:

Сервер на nginx, права на папку tmp установил 0777, предлагайте варианты — что бы ещё поделать, чтобы заработало.
